In May 2023, the third teacher mobility took place, a job shadowing at a German center.
Our teacher Júlia Prieto, from our school's Social Sciences Department, spent a week at the Comenius Gymnasium in Düsseldorf (Germany). During her stay she was able to learn about the German educational system, as well as observe different methodologies related to CLIL, that is, the teaching of content in a non-native language. In this case, the high school used the second foreign language (Spanish) to teach Music or Geography content.
We hope to be able to apply these methodologies in our classrooms and that soon some project can be carried out using the English language as the vehicular language.
